Career
Hallie started her medical career working as a certified nurses aid on a surgical acute care floor over 15 years ago and then progressed to an advanced nurse tech over the next two years while attending nursing school. After nursing school, she started her nursing career in the Adult Intensive Care Unit at St. Johns Medical Center in Tulsa. From there she joined a float pool team and spent six to nine months on contracts working in Postpartum, Gastroenterology, Surgical Recovery, Intensive Care Units, and Step-down units. She settled in the ER with the start of COVID in 2020 and has been there ever since. Hallie completed a dual family nurse practitioner and emergency practitioner program while working in the emergency department and continues working there while working here with us as well.
Professional Achievements
Completed a dual FNP/ENP master’s program while working full-time in the ER.
Built broad clinical expertise through roles in acute care, ICU, multiple float-pool specialties, and emergency medicine.
